Description

Register and support grants to Austin regional charities and the Firnhaber Seminary Education Fund. This benefit tournament features great golf and prizes, as well as loads of fun for everyone involved. Create your own team, join a team, or we’ll place you on a team. Even non-golfers can participate and support this benefit as a hole sponsor, a team sponsor, or just donate.

Support the TLLC Endowment by:

  • $130 - Player (includes golf, cart, range, and dinner)

  • $125 - Hole Sponsor (includes sign at one hole and dinner)

  • $350 - Silver Sponsor (includes two players, one hole sign, and silver level banner and dinner)

  • $700 - Gold Sponsor (includes 4 players, 2 hole signs and gold level banner)

  • $700 - Gold Sponsor, Not Playing (2 hole signs, gold level banner and 4 dinners)

  • $10 - Mulligan (replay one stroke)
  • TBD - Silent Auction (must be present to participate)
  • Make a donation (any amount)

FAQ's . . .

How do I register?

  • After clicking on your link to the Event Brite web page for the “2019 TLLC Endowment Golf Benefit”, click on Tickets (top right of page).
  • Select Individual and make your selections (Player, etc.).

How do I pay online?

  • In short, have your credit card handy. You will need it.
  • TLLC has a Paypal account that is used to process your credit card payment. Select “Guest Checkout” and enter your credit card information.
  • You will not have to create a Paypal account to make your payment.

Can I register and then pay at the check-in desk?

  • Yes – but only for individual participant fees (Player and Mulligans). All sponsorships must be paid in advance.
  • When you check-in at the Endowment registration desk, present cash, check or credit card to complete your registration.

What if I am not part of a team yet?

  • Don't worry. You will be assigned to a team at the event check-in desk..

How do I create a team?

  • First - register yourself. Then recruit your playing partners and have them register.
  • Second - send an email to Diane Pilat (djacob4@yahoo.com) or Doug Nelson (doug@tllc.org) and tell them who is on your team.

What is a Gold Team Sponsor, and how do I become one?

  • A Gold Team Sponsor hosts (registers and pays for) four players. The price is $700, which provides for all participant fees, a hole sign, a gold level banner, and dinner for all players.
  • Either register your players or let them know that they should join your team and select Gold Team Player (no charge) tickets when they register.
  • Contact Diane Pilat (djacob4@yahoo.com) to ensure your name will appear on banners and signage as you would like.

What is a Silver Team Sponsor, and how do I become one?

  • A Silver Team Sponsor hosts (registers and pays for) two players. The price is $350, which provides for both participant fees, a hole sign, a silver level banner, and dinner for all players.
  • Either register your playing partner or let them know that they should join your team and select Silver Team Player (no charge) tickets when they register.
  • Contact Diane Pilat (djacob4@yahoo.com) to ensure your name will appear on banners and signage as you would like.

What is a Hole Sponsor?

  • If you wish to SPONSOR a hole, but not play golf, click on Participate as an Individual and make your sponsor selection.
  • As a Hole Sponsor, you will have one sign with the wording of your choice and receive one dinner.

Will there be Mulligans again this year?

  • Yes, indeed! Each Mulligan will cost $10 and will entitle the purchaser to “replay” one stroke.
  • Mulligan’s can be purchased at the check-in desk.

Can I change my registration after submission?

  • Yes, come back to this registration page (or www.EventBrite.com) and in the upper right corner (to the left of Help) your user name will appear. Click on your user name and select My Tickets. Click on View Order next to TLLC Endowment Golf Tournament.
  • At this point you should be able to Edit your registration; including Join a Team.

Who do I contact for help with my registration?

If I have to cancel, will my payment be refunded?

  • Payments are fully refundable, if cancellation is initiated no later than 4/28/19.
  • If you are unable to participate for some reason, you are encouraged to donate your payment to the benefit. In which case, your payment could be 100% tax deductible.

Is my contribution tax deductible?

  • Your gift is tax deductible as a charitable contribution only to the extent that it exceeds the value of goods or services you received in the exchange. For tax purposes, we acknowledge the value received is $60.00 per golfer for player registrations; including the player portion of Gold and Silver sponsorships.
  • No value of goods or services is subscribed to the mulligans and non-player portion of the sponsorships (Hole, Silver and Gold).
  • If you do not participate in the event and make a donation to the event, then no value is deemed received.
  • Please consult with your tax advisor regarding the amount that you may report as a charitable donation.
